Not all coins are quarters but all quarters are coins. I’m sure most foreigners wouldn’t do that but I’m sure there are foreigners that trust no one. Those people should not be taking care of the local elderly. They end up getting the jobs just to earn a buck because nobody else will hire them and because nobody else will do the work. Hopefully we return to not allowing those people in.
