Yup. It's kind of a Thanksgiving dinner repeated a month later. But, so what. A feasting worthy of a king 🤴 ( and his good cookin Queen 👸) to last the whole week 👍

Our Christmas Eve tradition here, is a singing of "Happy birthday" over a slice of Christmas fruit cake, then sitting n listening to the entire rendition of Handel's "Messiah" over a glass of wine before bedtime.🍷

Then, Christmas morning is one of feast recovery and the beginning of our days long, munching on leftovers. 😋

There's no real gift giving or company visiting is anticipated. Though the wife has picked up a few trinkets to gift out if someone comes a knocking.
Instead, the two of us sorta sit back together, play Christmas music, or watch another Christmas movie and happily enjoy a peaceful day of each others company. 😊

Welp, I best stop tooting n get a moving. I'm thinking I'm in for a long, hard day of taste testing #today. 💪
