1. Order people to evacuate their homes and concentrate them in areas that you designate as "safe"
2. Withhold food, water, fuel and medical assistance from them
3. Bomb those "safe" areas with 2,000 pound bombs
4. Kill thousands of children and innocent people with your bombs
5. Profit!

If the state of Israel was actively trying to make the future of its people less secure, they couldn't do much else.
