I gave up sharing much of anything online. It gets lost in the noise. Why share what I care about with anyone? Early on, despite Mastodon being a slightly better alternative, I realised it's still social media. It thrives on stupid memes and political rage bait. Mastodon is the shit sandwich to Facebook and X's bowl of diarrhoea soup. Real resistance would be reading a book or going for a walk.
