I was just thinking today about how scary it is that government has the power to provide legal definitions of words such as “man” and “woman” that are contrary to reality. A state can send a man a new birth certificate making him legally or woman. Americans can shake with fear when our Supreme Court refers to a man as “she,” because apparently, it has the authority to somehow make this so.
They could declare us not even human if reality doesn’t matter. This is too much power.
