An Anycubic Kobra 3 Max, with dual ACE Pro. This is me taking another swing at having a large format printer that might actually work.
I’m looking forward to seeing if this can actually be a thing because I could sure use a big printer and the Neptune 4 Max is just unusable trash for many reasons.
The trick with large format printers is the bed heater, and why the neptune 4 max failed so hard, its small, single little heater couldn’t do the job at all and the bed would heat up slowly and unevenly, causing endless issues with z-offset, bed leveling, you name it.
Anycubic is bragging about how fast the bed on this printer heats up, which is a good thing. I don’t care about that from a patience perspective – but I do care about it because it means it’s got an appropriately sized bed header that should get the job done.
Also 8-way filament dryer is a pretty killer feature.
