I got a talking to by my supervisor because I go into his office too often. He likes the things I say but I interrupt him too often. I am now instructed to create a Excel spreadsheet as a template list to write non urgent topics down.

I can't tell if I like that or not.

Actually I think I do. Because it creates a paper trail of how dedicated to improving the company I am and how much attention I pay.
