So someone (likely a researcher) is scraping my parliamentary site at high speed, and wasting both their and my resources. Whereas this is an open source project, and if they'd contacted me I would have sent them all the data as a lovely SQLite database & an archive of 600k documents. Instead they now have to trawl through HTML pages. Sucks that you can't contact people anymore since all I know is that this is a "google cloud user".
