What about it do you regret? I’m nearing 40 and I’m in the best shape of my life but considering TRT at some point if my levels drop far enough.
Also have you ever considered the carnivore diet as way to manage Crohn’s? I have heard from multiple doctors that carnivore has helped people put their autoimmune disorders into long-term remission.
