Hiked a short but rugged trail up to check-out these pictographs that were supposedly made by the Fremont peoples, a pre-Columbian Naive American culture that inhabited most of modern-day Utah from 1 CE until 1300 CE.
I couldn't find any reliable sources corroborating that these are actual Fremont pictographs but the official US Forest Service marker warning about the legal consequences of tampering with archaeological sites is confirmation that it is, at least, a legitimate site.
