I would say, It would be a smart fiscal action to buy bitcoin for a SBR. However, obfuscating this action while the train is changing tracks seems like a tactic first move.
A head fake with a national crypto dog pile seems too perfect. I like to think this is part of the plan but More likely a folly into the next level of the game theory.
