I’m a member of the dementia caregiver community, money problems often occur prior to a dementia diagnosis. I've known people who had blown through hundreds of thousands of dollars and had no idea where the money went. There is spending (7 cars/trucks in 6 months) and scammers. Often relatives scam
I'm often told that prior to dementia the person was conservative with moneyu.
