Transcripts are about inclusivity and accessibility. Below is my podcast that uses the 2.0 Transcript tag. I used RSS.com computation to generate transcripts, so they should be visible and not for purchase. Same thing for Podnews Weekly by nostr:npub1jtm4dxvu3ccgk60wvvt0uw9j9vz7nuc80f7agrv0vgkkushxk5zq0rrxtn and nostr:npub10fp3ehl8utp98zgk6lx87uwkfxm9zq6z9varapeuluz9cdf3zfvs94qqev: Fountain asks to purchase their transcripts.
