I used to be intrigued by the possibility; but now I don’t know if I could do it.
I had a hard time with duck eggs, even. Heck I even grow quails for eggs and it’s still a test of my comfort zone to eat them. Flavor/texture has not so much to do with it, as the sheer weirdness factor.
