The dough is beautifully shaped and the roll itself looks perfect, but the filling looks a tad bit dry? Did you add any butter at all to the filling? Either way I hope they taste fantastic, but should you find them lacking goo it's a lack of butter for sure. Most receipts I've used call for 200g (7oz) in the filling alone! Wish you a merry christmas and fingers crossed for tomorrow!
