When are businesses going to realize that most potential applicants can't move to a new location and many can't commute for personal reasons?
This is why you aren't getting applications. We all need 100% R-E-M-O-T-E work.
I'm applying for 100% remote positions and there are like 8 of those in Germany. And they get 500 applicants apiece, probably.
