This was captured about six months after the January 6th riots. The outer perimeter of fencing had been removed, but there are still a few scars visible, and the main steps and immediate perimeter remained fenced off.
I used the 90mm/5.6 Rodenstock Digaron at f/6.3, with a bit of vertical shift, and about a 13 second exposure.
