#nostr 是“重client，轻relay”的设计。relay 可以存放信息，也可以定时清除旧的信息。而 client 是会存储和处理信息的。client 不能理解为加密货币中的 wallet，它不只是一个入口。
在 Nostr, a Basic tour 中有一段内容提到：
A relay can cache the client subscriptions but it doesn't have to. Clients are supposed to handle everything at the "client-side", and relays can be dumb as a rock.
