The "extreme fermentation" yeast arrived today and I'm excited.
I lost my copy of Dave Blume's "Alcohol Can Be a Gas" years ago, but the information is all online, you just gotta dig it out (or maybe I'll just buy another copy.)
I've got a big sack of organic brown sugar, so I just have to do some math to figure out how much to use, and rig up a fermentation container.
I'm not going to drink the stuff, so it's much easier than e.g. brewing your own beer.
