[2/2] I am of two minds about on-line hate. On the one hand, that hate can whip up right-wing hate campaigns that undermine human rights generally. On the other hand, laws against expressing hatred as such are a form of censorship, and the laws can easily be redirected to suppress protests that the state does not like.
