It seems to me your Alby wallet is connected to Primal via Nostr Wallet Connect.
To access your Bitcoin you need to install the Alby desktop browser extension, login using whatever method you used to sign up before and then you will have access to the wallet with Receive and Send options to move your sats, along with the sats people sent you on Nostr.
Once there you can generate an invoice to get some sats from Kraken to the Alby wallet.
Once that's done you can return to Primal and send sats away, but as long as you're using NWC connection to the Alby wallet, you're gonna need the Alby extension wallet to manage your sats, to send them to other wallets or to pay Lightning invoices from other sources.
I'm making a few assumptions here, since I don't have a Alby wallet, but if it's like any Lightning wallet, these assumptions should be correct.
