EOTechs + Magnifiers are a great combo for reaching out >100 yds without having to switch to an LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic). LPVOs rarely provide for close distance target acquisition at the speed of an EOTech or Red Dot, so adding the Magnifier is a solid choice for retaining all of the short distance performance, while also getting some longer distance capabilities.
