but now, all the major software platforms now have a little "AI summary" button you can push, and the machine poops out readable bullet points or whatever. neat! but a document you want summarized is usually a document you haven't read yet, so we are up against the same problem as the bridge-building query: how do you know this machine summary of your 120-page document or 2hr meeting transcript is accurate? you don't know what you don't know.
