yes, there are high status males who would be good for democracy, but the most high status males I've ever heared of, or know of, are idiots that got lucky in a specific field ... they did not become high status males because of free thinking whise decitions

and, there is at least an equal amount of women, who would be great for democracy ... this has nothing to do with high status
