When did you start writing and what inspired you?
I started as a teen, underground projects that satirized high school.
Engineering school crushed my creative spirit for years, and I didn't start writing again until my 30's. It started with correspondence; a friendship born of two people who had just discovered email and had lots of free time at work. One day my friend remarked, "You write well. Have you considered writing stories?"
So I did.
