I know that the woman next door has mental health issues, so I don't let her behavior get to me. But today, at 5:30 in the morning, I looked out the kitchen window and there she was, rummaging through our recycling and trash cans which were out on the curb waiting for pick up.
I don't care what anybody says, that is creepy AF.
