And the fact that my colleagues don't have a fixed day to be in the office except for Thursday, makes it as difficult to get to know them as when I would work from home full-time. Even when we're all in the office, we're spread all around, except when we have our meeting, so I don't really get the advantage. But it's already better than my previous job.
