The private healthcare lesson of the Tories time in power was to distract the public with NHS sell-off scares, whilst increasingly milking the NHS for its most profitable & risk free treatments in private settings.
I’d wager the “drop” is a reflection of an ageing UK population with unprofitable conditions + stagnant wages.
