Edit misleading and outdated information in the README (#1323)
- The instructions for tagging another user are long outdated now that we have the autocomplete menu.
- Same for posting an image.
- The Markdown instructions are misleading since many, if not most, clients (including Damus) don't render Markdown.
- Changing your PFP is much simpler now.
