I have no idea, But i couldn't tell whenever a post with a visibility that is set as [Follower Only] (or with the symbol 🔒) is supposed to be visible only to the subjected user, Or it's actually visible to followers only.
Seeing these kind of posts floating in my timeline, While having personal things in it seems like something else.
