Today I saw a Grand Cherokee 4xe with NYS “Clean Pass” stickers all over it. Apparently any plug-in hybrid can apply for the pass. This allows for travel in the HOV lane (2+ occupants) even if it’s just the driver in the car.
The Grand Cherokee 4xe gets 23mpg city, 24mpg highway. How clean!
