I always just open a channel with someone else (100% outbound liquidity) and then send a payment to myself on phone wallet (Strike works) and voila! Inbound liquidity.
The trick is I'm using RTL and it allows you to force the channel you are paying "out" from.
You can do what you want with the outbound payment, but I usually send it on chain back to the node or spend it or whatever.
