At Kollider (npub19f0…wtcn), we think it’s important for relays to have sustainable long-term business models.
Today we’re debuting Kollider’s paid relay— which operates on a monthly subscription model.
You pay to get in, and then each month we’ll send you a DM with an invoice to pay the subscription.
A lot of existing relays require a one-time admission fee, mostly to prevent spam. But this model is likely unsustainable in the long-run.
We like the subscription model because it will allow us to invest in the infrastructure and services needed to continue offering a best-in-class relay over the long term. We’re looking forward to seeing other paid relay models emerge, too.
