I used to be one of those guys that made his alcoholism into a fun hobby with microbrews. Now I lead a much different life where 2 drinks in a week is a big week.

I still had my brewing gear and kegerator just sort of gathering dust because I'm a tool hoarder.

Today I loaded the kegerator with 2x 5 gallon kegs of homebrew kombucha that I brewed in my old 14 gallon conical.

If it is cool and useful stuff it isn't hoarding it is collecting.

Home made live fermented foods are great.
