Just had a bit of a LOL at a customer service email I received from MSY, I contacted them earlier today letting them know I'd be in tomorrow to pick up a monitor I'd purchased the other day, got back an elaborately worded email where the *person* called themselves 'Sophia' at the start of the email and finished with 'Regards, Kath' so I'm guessing it was totally ChatGPT generated 😆
