WASI 0.2.4 has been released! 🎉 Mostly small tweaks and doc updates again in this release, but it’s nice to have another release out capturing all the little updates.

Probably most interesting in this release is that the publishing of the OCI artifacts is now fully automated. And we’re now also signing the binary releases using the Co-sign tool, meaning they can be validated using OCI signature validation tools like Ratify.
