Did you know, the hotel that #TaylorSwift is staying at in downtown Vancouver, wouldn’t exist without Vancouver’s heritage density bonusing system?
The Hotel Georgia had a stunning full interior and exterior renovation while I was #Vancouver’s chief planner, and the cost of the restoration & seismic upgrading was incentivized, essentially paid for, with bonus density in that tower beside it.
