Friend of mine in his 50s, lives in Portugal, started to feel off yesterday, went to ER, tested for elevated troponin levels. They wanted to keep him overnight, he declined, went to see a cardiologist the next day.
First Q the cardiologist asks is: “Do you take the covid shot?” He says no. The doctor says good, because they are bad news. Says he’s seeing way more heart problems and expects it to get worse.
Friend is doing fine, tested normal for troponin the next day, doctor says temporarily elevated troponin could have been due to low resting heart rate or vigorous exercise.
But this is becoming common knowledge now.
