I am quite certain my neighbor passed away; the police and paramedics have been in the hallway for an hour or so. He was relatively young, but struggled with a lot of health issues. He was nice enough and we had a cordial relationship, but you could tell he was really isolated, in no small part due to hoarding behavior. Very sad end.
