The ideal is a happy medium. That farmer is happy, but when they get sick they don't have the things they need to be comfortable. If their teeth wear away they have to suffer it.
We should all be yeoman farmers or tradesmen who live near small communities that offer services like doctors and business planners, but we need to find a way to make those doctors and business planners happy and humble members of the community, or they lose touch with the way life should be.
