I've reckon Toney (and other more expensive names) are linked as a replacement for Richarlison if he goes. As a rotation/competition for Richarlison someone cheaper will have to do, but still good enough to take over when Richarlison inevitably gets injured. Could always use Son through the middle again, but his body will need to be carefully managed too. Would be great if Scarlett and/or Parrott are able to impress Ange.
