Why would anyone get their podcast off of Anchor? It's 'free', and Fountain and the Podcast Index violate one of the central tenants of podcasting, which is "the feed is the source of truth", by having a third party server that provides value blocks for podcasts that can't have them in the feed because they chose a shitty host. We need to end the Podcaster Wallet Shim and get back to the feed being the source of truth.
