"Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act 2020"
This was a bill introduced to Congress in 2020 by Kelly Loeffler, who has just been confirmed as Trump's new Administrator of Small Business.
(An important job, if America is anything like the UK, it's small businesses which employ the majority of workers).
Her 2020 bill didn't go anywhere because of Biden's war on women's sport.
There's LOADS you might not agree with her on, but she's obviously been one of the women behind the wording in the new EO protecting women's sports.
She was formerly involved in this women's basketball team as an investor, and took an active part in team organisation.
