... quite so much as much as having a couple of health and/or comfort-related workarounds that are becoming more and more mutually exclusive over time (better to sleep on my back because of X, but better to sleep on my side because of Y, etc ) ... but should be mitigated by consistent / everyday lifestyle choices that are not complicated, but are hard work and less fun.
