Well..that sucked..up and down all night for a total of about 3 1/2 hours and that is just not enough..have a busy one coming up and need to get on the bike for the first ride in 15 minutes or so and I am pouring the coffee down to help that...grocery run after that, then back out for two more rides..the Olympics start today with the US playing France in soccer this aft at 3 and some rugby 7's today, too..but soccer starts earlier than that...I'm a little excited about it...good morning!
