Morality is human, by nature. And that means emotions.

Studies on animals have shown that many animals, including our closest relatives, have a fundamental dislike to unfairness and injustice, and a compassion to others.

So, when you see someone behaving in a fascist way, or supporting those who do, that is basically a mental wellness problem more than anything. They've allowed their fundamental human nature to be corrupted, most likely through social programming and dehumanizing.
