I've long thought we need egg-backed money. $EGG It's universal, everyone knows 1 egg has value, supply is continual, emission rate is sorta stable.
This occurred to me again a few days ago. Watching "Tasting History" on YouTube the guy goes over a recipe. He repeats every item in ounces and again in grams. But then says, "1 egg." Universal.
