Seeing Mastodon discourse on my Bluesky timeline.
I think the biggest downfall of the Fediverse is absolutely the community, and a huuuuge cultural shift needs to happen for the Fediverse to even be palatable to the average person.
Bluesky has its upsets sometimes, god knows I've had my issues there, but overall it has a much more general audience that's easy to break into. The Fediverse does not, and I've complained multiple times that it feels like the Fediverse is trying to indoctrinate people into a cult.
