There are the days when someone disturbs and distracts you while you're heating up the dinner.

Then you start eating and suddenly discover that the potatoes are cold. Except you already took the insulin, so… bon appétit! (surprisingly, they don't taste bad)

Good that I'm boiling them the day before, or one day I might end up eating them raw…
