I woke up at 1:30am, and went outside. Nights are short now, and it's been cloudy, so I haven't seen stars in a while.
The Milky Way was AMAZING, I'm so grateful I can see it so well from my house. I expected lots of satellites, but only saw a handful, which was a nice surprise (keep your expectations low, I guess?)
There was faint light on the northern horizon, wasn't sure if it was auroras or noctilucent clouds. Turns out it was sunlight! 1 hour later it was fully dawn - I love this latitude
